Shipping, Local Delivery & Pickup Policy

1. Overview At Made In The Valley, our marketplace features a unique mix of nationwide physical products (such as our local magazine and merchandise) and fresh, local goods (such as cottage bakery items). Because of this, fulfillment options vary depending on the items in your cart.

2. Shipping & Delivery Methods

• Nationwide Shipping: Items like our print magazines, apparel, and general merchandise can be shipped anywhere within the United States. Standard processing time is 2–4 business days before dispatch.

• Cottage Foods & Local Goods: Due to state cottage food regulations, food products are restricted to Idaho-only shipping or local fulfillment options.

• Local Pickup: Available for eligible items directly from our participating local makers and bakers. You will be prompted to select your preferred pickup location at checkout.

• Local Delivery: Offered by select local vendors within their designated delivery radius in Idaho. If your delivery address qualifies, the local delivery option will automatically appear at checkout.

3. Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, destination, and fulfillment profile of your items. Combined orders containing both local food items and nationwide merchandise may display separate shipping or pickup options to ensure compliance.

4. Order Processing & Tracking Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. For shipped items, tracking information will be provided as soon as your package ships out.
